- Has at least $500,000 investable assets
- Are saving for and approaching retirement
- Are family oriented with complex estate planning needs
- Received newly found wealth (401(k) rollover, stock options, inheritance)
- Often have concentrated stock positions through their company
- Are concerned about taxes associated with estate and wealth transfer
- Are often too busy to manage details/direction of their investments alone
BUSINESSES/CORPORATIONS
- Has $5 million-plus annual revenues or high growth trends
- Located in the Washington – Philadelphia – New York corridor
- Has current relationships with CPAs, attorneys, and bankers
- Has a retirement plan
- Desires to increase profitability, grow revenues, or create an exit strategy
- Keeps organized business records and has good credit ratings
